DELIVERY TIME: “While we typically ship orders within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase, due to severely constrained market conditions, we cannot guarantee less than a 14-day delivery. We will notify you of any delays exceeding this timeframe and your rights thereafter.
Note: items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.”
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Returns are processed according to our Return Policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable, even in the event of a return.
Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods may be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
At Checkout, you may be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Some items may offer only one shipping method. Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during Checkout prior to the completion of your order.

This email confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this email for your records.
This email confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple emails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, the item selected, and your shipping location.
Important Notice(s) About Your Order
There are a few reasons why you would receive this email, including difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, unexpected shipping delays, or cancellation of the order.
Credit and Debit Cards
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria.
Other Forms of Payment
We accept payment through Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept payments through CODs, personal checks, or layaway plans.
Quadpay Payment Plan
Through Quadpay, we offer the option to split your purchase amount into 4 interest-free installment payments, spread over a 6 week period.

Note: If you have a promotion/discount code or coupon, you may enter it during checkout. In the order summary section, enter your code or coupon in the box labeled “Discount” and select “Apply”. If your code or coupon qualifies, it will be displayed in the payment summary. Only one code or coupon per order will be accepted. Codes are not case-sensitive.
1. Enter Shipping Address
Enter your shipping address in the fields below to indicate where you would like your order sent. You may be asked to verify your shipping information is correct. Select "Continue to shipping" when complete.
Please note at this time, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses or P.O. boxes.
2. Select Shipping Options
If multiple shipping methods are available for your order, select a shipping method for your order and select "Continue to payment."
3. Select and Enter Payment Options
Select your payment method. Confirm your payment information is entered correctly to avoid delays in the checkout process.
4. Enter Billing Address
If your billing address and shipping address match, you can proceed without further action. Otherwise, select the button next to "Use a different billing address." Enter your billing address in the fields below.
Your name and billing address must be entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statements to avoid any delay in the authorization process. If you are not paying with a credit card, this address will allow us to contact you if any issues arise with your order.
5. Complete Order
To complete your purchase, click "Complete order" on the Payment step of checkout. At this time, your credit card will be authorized for the purchase amount.
After you complete the checkout process, the Receipt page provides you with your order number, date, and total. Print this receipt and save the order information for your records. You will need this information for all references to your order.

A product's availability is clearly noted on the product detail page as In Stock, Out of Stock, or In-Store Only. Items labeled Out of Stock may not be available in stores, are temporarily out of stock online, or are not available for shipment until a specific date provided by the manufacturer. Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.

Out of Stock Items
Quantities may be limited for items in stock. Product marked “Out of Stock” is currently unavailable for order, unless otherwise marked.
Certain items displayed online may be available in your local store. Please use the store locator feature to find locations convenient to you. Store stock levels fluctuate based on demand; items labeled in-store only are not guaranteed to be carried or in stock at each store location. Please contact the store to determine product availability.
