Your Optimus Model 54 Four-Head Hi-Fi Stereo VHS VCR offers some of the
most advanced features available in home video cassette recorders. The VCR's
FS (Frequency Synthesizer) tuning ensures extremely accurate tuning of up to
68 VHF and UHF channels and up to 113 cable channels. The full-function re-
mote control and on-screen programming make the VCR easy to use.

On-Screen Display with - Gives you complete control of all functions,

Memory Sentinel - Protects clock settings, tuner programming
information, and timer memory settings for up

Multi-channel Television - Decodes stereo broadcasts for recording or
Sound (MTS) listening. Your VCR can also receive and record
a second audio program (SAP) that accompanies
some MTS broadcasts.
Four Double-Azimuth Video - Provides superior picture quality and special
Heads effects, compared to standard single-azimuth
four-head VCRs.
Comb Filters - Further enhance picture quality by using a
special noise-filtering technique.
Automatic Playback, Rewind - Makes playback easy by automatically playing,
and Eject rewinding and ejecting a cassette that has
its erase-protection tab removed.
