If you follow the instructions in this manual and still have trouble
operating your VCR, look in this chart for the problem description and its
solution.  If your VCR still does not work properly, contact your local
RadioShack store.

PROBLEM                         POSSIBLE SOLUTION

No power.                       The power cord is not connected.  Plug
