Your Realistic Model 152 8mm Moviecorder Camcorder combines all the
features of a video camera and a portable VCR in one lightweight package.
Using 8mm cassettes, you can record and play back home movies anywhere.
The low-light (3 lux) CCD imager makes a special lighting unnecessary in
most situations.

You can also use the Moviecorder camcorder as a video cassette player to
copy 8mm tapes to another VCR.

Be sure to read the manual carefully and completely so that you can
understand and enjoy all the features of your camcorder.

The following are a few of the camcorder's many special features that make
operation simple, convenient and versatile:

     1/2-Inch CCD Imager - provides a clear, high-resolution picture, even
        (270,000 Pixels)   in low-light condition (down to 3 lux).

  Real-Time Tape Counter - lets you mark and return to specific locations
             with Memory   on the tape, and tells you how much time you
                           have left on a tape.

  Multi-Angle Viewfinder - lets you monitor the picture during recording
     with Variable Focus   and playback.

  8-to-1 Power Zoom Lens - lets you go smoothly from wide-angle to
                           telephoto shots at the press of a button.  You
                           can use most 49mm photographic filters.

         Automatic Focus - constantly adjusts for optimum picture
                           sharpness.  You can use manual focus for
                           special situations.

  Macro (Close-Up) Focus - lets you record close-up shots from as little
                           as 5/8 inch away.

               Auto Iris - adjusts for low lighting (down to 3 lux).  You
                           can use the backlight function to record
                           objects with bright backlighting.

 Automatic White Balance - ensures natural color reproduction indoors or
                           outdoors.

      High-Speed Shutter - lets you make sharper recordings of fast
                           motion.

        Fade In/Fade Out - provides professional-quality scene
                           transitions.

      Title Superimposer - lets you store title text or simple graphics
                           and insert them into a tape in any of five
                           colors during recording.

             Edit Search - lets you move the tape forward or backward a
                           few frames at a time.

Clock/Calendar Character - lets you display the time and date in the
               Generator   viewfinder and record this information on your
                           tape.

        Recording Review - lets you quickly check the last 2 seconds of a
                           recording.

     Built-In Microphone - lets you record soundtracks for your video
                           recordings.  You can use an optional external
                           microphone.

           Earphone Jack - lets you monitor the sound during recording or
                           playback.

          Accessory Shoe - lets you mount an optional external microphone
                           or a camera light. 

   Standard Tripod Mount - lets you mount your camcorder on a video camera
                           tripod for stable operation.

     Audio/Video Outputs - lets you play back a tape on a regular TV or TV
                           monitor.  You can also dub tapes from the
                           camcorder to a VCR.

        Freeze Frame and - lets you quickly scan your recordings and view
           Visual Search   individual frames.
