Your RadioShack TC-1010 19" Cable-Ready, Color TV/Monitor with Remote
Control is a special TV that you can use as a regular TV or as a part 
of a sophisticated component video system.  In either case, its special
features, listed below, assure you the best possible performance.

    Digital 110-Channel - is capable of receiving VHF,UHF, and cable 
     Cable Ready Tuner    channels from a 40-channel cable system.

Note:  Your TV will not unscramble premium channels or receive channels
       that are not included in your cable subscription.

Infrared Remote Control - lets you turn the TC-1010 on/off, scan or 
                          directly select channels, adjust the volume
                          level, switch between tuner and audio/video 
                          inputs, set the sleep function, and temporarily
                          mute the sound - all from the comfort of your 
                          easy chair.

   High Contrast Screen - ensures best quality color and reduces the 
                          effect of reflections from lamps or other
                          external light sources.

      Channel Flashback - permits instant selection of the previously
                          viewed channel.

            Sleep Timer - automatically turns off the TC-1010 after a 
                          preset period of time so that it does not stay 
                          on all night if you fall asleep.

For your own protection, we urge you to record the serial number of this
unit in the space below.  The serial number is located on the unit's
rating label.

Controls Locations

      Digital Display - shows the current channel number for tuner sources
                        or P if the video input source is selected.  Also
                        displays the amount of time let on the sleep
                        counter.

Remote Control Window - receives the command signals from the hand-held 
                        controller.  Be sure this window is not blocked.

      SLEEP indicator - lights when the sleep function is activated.

  Control Compartment - contains the special controls for picture quality,
                        input source selection, channel, volume, and 
                        memory functions.  See the detailed operation 
                        instructions for specific usage.

      Infrared Remote - includes controls for channel selection, volume 
       Control Unit     control and mute, power, input selection, and 
                        sleep.  See the detailed operating instructions
                        for specific functions.

           Back Panel - the CATV STD/HRC/IRC switch, VHF/UHF antenna
                        connectors and AUDIO/VIDEO IN and OUT jacks are 
                        located here.
