1.  Select one of the three power sources and make the necessary antenna/
    cable/monitor connections, as described in "Preparation," Faxback Doc.
    # 41217.

2.  Choose the proper setting of the VIDEO/TV SWITCH:  TV for antenna/
    cable viewing, VIDEO for monitor viewing.

3.  Press POWER to turn on the TV.

4.  Press the desired band:

    VHF LOW for Channels 20-6,
    UHF HIGH for Channels 7-13, or
    UHF for Channel 14-83.

5.  Turn the TUNING control until the desired channel is reached on the
    TV channel indicator (not necessary for monitor signals).

6.  Turn the VOLUME control for a comfortable listening level.

7.  If the color and tint adjustments are not satisfactory, use the COLOR
    and TINT controls to make these adjustments.

8.  Adjust BRIGHT and CONTRAST for the desired picture quality.

9.  Adjust V.  HOLD if the picture rolls vertically.

10.  Plug the earphone into the EARPHONE jack for private listening.  The
     internal speaker is automatically disconnected.  The earphone
     consumes less energy than the speaker and extends battery life.
