Remote Control Operation

All Remote Control buttons duplicate VCR front-panel buttons. When a button
such as PLAY or RECORD is referred to in this manual, you can use either the
front-panel or the Remote Control button.

To use the Remote Control, install the batteries (not supplied), point the
Control at the VCR, and press the desired button.

Remote Control Battery Installation

The Remote Control is powered by two AAA-size batteries (not included).  We
recommend alkaline batteries (Cat. No. 23-555).

Install the batteries in the battery compartment observing the polarity (+)
and (-) marked inside the compartment.  If the Remote Control does not work
or operates erratically, replace both batteries.

1.  Remove the battery compartment cover.

2.  Place two AAA-size batteries in the compartment, observing the
    polarity (+ and -) marked in the compartment.

3.  Slide in the cover along the grooves.
