INSTALLING THE REMOTE CONTROL'S BATTERIES

The remote control requires two AA batteries (not included) for operation.
We recommend alkaline batteries (Radio Shack Cat. No. 23-552).

Install the batteries as shown below.

1. Remove the battery compartment cover by pressing the cover in the
    direction of the arrow.

2. Place two fresh AA batteries in the compartment as indicated by the
polarity symbol (+ and -) marked in the compartment.

3. Replace the compartment cover.

NOTE: If the remote control does not work or operates erratically,
           replace both batteries.

CAUTION: Use only fresh batteries of the recommended size and type.

Always remove old or weak batteries. They can leak
chemicals that can damage electronic circuits.

    information.

NOTES: If you enter an invalid date or time (for example, 13:00 for
the time), the cursor returns to the incorrect setting when
you press PROG. Enter the correct date or time.

Seconds begin counting at 00 when you press PROG.

If you do not enter anything for over 60 seconds, the display
            returns to the normal display.

If the display shows an abnormal reading or no reading, press
ALL CLEAR on the VCR. This also erases all the clock and
