INSTALLING THE REMOTE CONTROL'S BATTERIES

The remote control requires two AAA batteries (not included) for
operation. We recommend alkaline batteries (Radio Shack Cat. No. 23-555).

Install the batteries as shown below.

1. Remove the battery compartment cover by pressing the cover in the
    direction of the arrow.

2. Place two fresh AAA batteries in the compartment, observing the
polarity symbols (+ and -) marked in the compartment.

3. Replace the compartment cover.

    Note:

If the remote control does not work or operates erratically, replace
    both batteries.

    Caution:

Use only fresh batteries of the recommended size and type.
Always remove old or weak batteries. They can leak chemicals that
    can damage electronic circuits.

    slightly.

In the following example, the clock is set to 9:30 p.m. July 4, 1991.
