| Question: How do I get replacement and/or add-on thermo/hygrometer sensors? |
Answer: RadioShack National Parts now offers completely assembled replacement Thermo/Hygro sensors for the 63-1016 Wireless Weather stations under Part No. Z94059 / RSU 12398970. These can only be used as "replacement" sensors, however; they can not be used as "add-on sensors". While these sensors are not presently available on-line, they can be ordered either though your local RadioShack store or by calling our Telephone Order Center (1-800-THE-SHACK).
At this time, the 63-1031 sensors can be used as "add-on" sensors for the 63-1016 systems. The following information on how to set this up is excerpted from page 27 of the 630-1016's User's Manual.
SCANNING THE MONITOR’S CHANNELS
The monitor can scan the readings from the OUT (outdoor) channel and channels 1, 2, and 3 every 4 seconds. Press OUT , then hold down (the UP button). To stop scanning, press any key.

| Question: Why does HHH display after the rain gauge is emptied? |
Answer: When the rain gauge is emptied, if the measuring bucket inside gets toggled back and forth rapidly, the rainfall rate will show HHH. When the average rate comes back into range, the HHH should go away.
