Question: Can I get an extra intercom without buying a new set?

Answer: The answer will depend on which intercom set you have. You can get specific information (and ordering info if the extra unit is available) by sending e-mail to support@radioshack.com. Be sure to include the catalog number of the intercom (the number starting with 43- or 430- on the back of the unit).

Question: I have an older intercom set that works fine, but I'd like an extra set or unit; what is compatible with my set?

Answer: The answer will depend on which intercom set you have. Our Intercom Cross-reference Chart shows the frequencies for each of our wireless FM intercoms, along with which intercoms are compatible with them.

If your intercom is not listed on this chart, you will need to contact Product Support at support@radioshack.com. Be sure to include the catalog number of the intercom (the number starting with 43- or 430- on the back of the unit).
