| Question: I have a RadioShack System telephone which has a product number starting with 36- or 360-; what do I have and what will work with it? |
Answer: The 360-series system telephones were discontinued in the mid-1980's. They were designed for use in a business environment as a key system and were only compatible with other 360-series telephones. Because of the age of these telephones, there is no information and very few replacement parts available. The few parts available are those chips and semiconductors which are used in other devices.
