Answer: When setting the code, after you press SET on the receiver, it says Waiting ID. When you press PAGE on the transceiver, the receiver should say, ID SET. However, if you hold the PAGE button down too long, it will come up ID TO LEARN on the receiver and will never go to ID SET. Just barely tap the PAGE button.
