Answer: You must let the messages play completely before deleting them. To erase all messages, press and hold down DELETE while playback is stopped. If all messages have been played, the TAD sounds a long beep and 00 appears on the display. If you press and hold down DELETE without playing all the new messages first, the TAD announces, New messages. and will not delete.
