Question: Is there a volume control feature in the menus for the ear piece volume?

Answer:
 No, the only volume control is up or down using the arrows on the telephone.

Question: How do I use the call timers?

Answer:
 To use the timers:
  1. Press MENU 6MNO.
  2. Press UP ARROW or DOWN ARROW to scroll through the timer displays.
    LAST - Shows the length of the last or current call.
    TOTAL 1 - Shows the length of all calls you have made on the active telephone number (not including the call in progress, if any).
    TOTAL 2 - Shows the length of all calls you have made on the telephone number that is not active.
    LIFE - Shows the combined length of all calls you have made using both of your telephone numbers (cannot be reset).
    CLEAR TIMERS - Resets all call timers except for LIFE.
  3. To clear the timers, press OK when the telephone displays CLEAR TIMERS. The telephone prompts you to enter your 3-digit lock code (LOCKCODE?). Enter your lock code and press OK. The telephone briefly displays TIMERS CLEARED to confirm that the timers have been reset.

Answer:
 No. This telephone has 22 memory locations - 20 speed-dial and 2 one-touch (F1 and F2). Each memory location can hold a telephone number of up to 32 digits.
