Answer: Use your 4 digit security code to arm the system. The default code is 1 2 3 4. Follow these steps to program a new security code.
- Disarm the system (the ARMED indicator should not be flashing) by entering the current security code, if necessary.
- Press PROG.
- Enter the current security code.
- Enter your new security code.
- Press PROG.
