| Once you have all of the transmitters set up, you should begin programming the control panel. See the user's manual for your control panel and transmitters and go through the steps to set up each transmitter. If you have problems, see Troubleshooting Wireless Alarms.
Note: if you change a setting on a transmitter (such as changing a window/door transmitter from Window to Door, or vice versa, you will need to remove the transmitter from the control panel and repeat the setup procedure so that the new setup information is stored in the control panel. |
