| Transmitters will be either battery powered or AC powered. Either install the batteries or plug in the sensors, temporarily locating them close to the control panel for initial setup and testing. Different sensor types will generally have different setup and installation requirements. There are several types of transmitters to consider; and if the base has dry-contact terminals, you can also connect external devices to be activated when the alarm is triggered. |
