Question: How do I test to see if a motion detector is working correctly?
 
Answer:
 Use the following procedure:
  1. Place the base unit in INSTALL mode.
  2. Press Code.
  3. Press TEST. The base unit should chime.

If the base unit does not chime, replace the motion detector that is installed.
