Answer: You will need to reset the unit. Please note: When you reset the organizer, you will lose all information.

Answer: You need to quit to DOS to install this program. When it is installed, you will need to make a Windows shortcut to run the program. If you are not familiar with this process, it is explained in the Windows help file.
