Question: Some of my photos do not show up on the TV screen.

Answer:
Check the following:
Are the photos in JPEG (.JPG) format?

TV PicShare reads JPEG files – the most common file format used for digital cameras. Your photos may be in a format that TV PicShare cannot display, such as grayscale JPEGs, CMYK, BMP, GIF, EPS, TIFF or other non-typical settings. If this is the case, you might be able to convert them to a compatible JPEG file format on a computer.

Do the photos have a resolution greater than 5 megapixels?

You will need to reduce the resolution. TV PicShare supports photos up to 5 megapixels.

Is the memory card larger than 512 MB?

TV PicShare only reads up to 512 MB on a memory card. If the card is larger than 512 MB, only the photos saved in the first 512 MB will show up.

Is the card inserted incorrectly?

Be sure that the memory card is not upside down. It will click into place when inserted correctly.

Is the card empty?

Check the card to be sure that there are pictures on the memory card.

If none of the above suggestions resolve the problem, have you tried using a different card?

There may be a problem with your memory card. Memory cards can be damaged by physical shock or impact, electrical shorting and heat.

Is the remote signal reaching the TV PicShare unit?

Be sure that you are pointing the remote directly at the front of the TV PicShare unit, and not at the TV.

There must be nothing blocking the path between the remote and the TV PicShare.

Move a little closer to TV PicShare. The remote has a range of about 16 feet.
