Question: What is the frequency range of this radio?

Answer:  The frequency ranges for this radio are:
AM/MW...... 520 - 1710 KHz / 10 KHz steps and 527 - 1606 KHz / 9 KHz steps
AM/MW...... 520 - 1710 KHz / 10 KHz steps and 527 - 1606 KHz / 9 KHz steps
FM............. 87.5 - 108 MHz
LW............. 144 - 351 KHz
SW............. 1600 - 30000 KHz (1.6 - 30 MHz)

Question: My radio keeps turning on by itself and then turns off after 30 minutes. How can I stop it?

Answer: The alarm feature has been activated and needs to be turned off. In the top left corner of the display a musical note or bell symbol will be visible when the alarm is on. The radio will play the last station it was set at or sound a beeper noise. To deactivate the alarm, press the AUTO button until there is no symbol showing.

Question: How do I set the radio to show the afternoon time in the same format as the morning time?

Answer: The clock on this radio is a 24 hour clock only and can not be changed to the 12 hour format. Times are as follows:
13:00 = 1:00 p.m. 19:00 =  7:00 p.m.
14:00 = 2:00 p.m. 20:00 =  8:00 p.m.
15:00 = 3:00 p.m. 21:00 =  9:00 p.m.
16:00 = 4:00 p.m. 22:00 = 10:00 p.m.
17:00 = 5:00 p.m. 23:00 = 11:00 p.m.
18:00 = 6:00 p.m. 24:00 = 12:00 a.m.
