Answer: This headset (940-0874) is ONLY compatible with the Motorolaź Spirit series Business Band radios, like the 190-1216 (BTX-126 UHF B-Band Transceiver), the 190-1217 (BTX-128 CTCSS/VHF Business Band Transceiver) which are both discontinued, and the 940-0730, MU21CV 2 Watt 1 Channel UHF With VOX.
