| There are ten V-Scanner folders that are pre-programmed with frequencies, talkgroups and configuration data for the top one-hundred trunked radio systems in the United States. Each folder is programmed with a system for a particular geographical region. This tutorial will load V-Scanner # 0 for North Texas into the working memory. |

| Step 4: Enter the V-Scanner Folder Number |

| Press the number key that holds the V-Scanner folder you want to load, in this case 0 for North TX, then press ENTER. |

| Step 5: Confirm Your Choice of V-Scanner Folder |
| |

| Ensure that you have entered the correct V-Scanner folder number and press ENTER again.
Note: Check that the top line of the display says "Load from". If it doesn't or you want to abort for a different reason, press CLR to return to the main V-Scanner folder menu. |

| Step 6: Load
from the V-Scanner Folder |

| The scanner will take a short while to load the V-Scanner. The status is shown on the display. When the scanner has completed the load to the the working memory, a completion message will display. Press ENTER to return to the V-Scanner menu.
Note: After loading the new data from the selected V-Scanner, the scanner will re-boot. |
