Copying a Frequency into a Specific Channel |
| Step 1: Enter the Frequency Copy Mode |

| When you find a frequency that you want to store, press FUNC then PGM. Chan Store? will display.
Note: The channel that displays in the top left corner will be the last channel that the scanner was tuned to. |

| Step 2: Select the Bank and Channel to Store the Frequency |
| |

| |
| Enter the bank and channel numbers where you want to store the frequency. If that channel already has a frequency stored into it, that frequency number briefly display. A different location can be entered. After about one second, the frequency to be stored will flash. |

| Step 3: Store the Frequency |

| |
| To store the frequency, press ENTER. Chan Store! will display for about two seconds. The scanner will return to search mode. |

Copying a Frequency into an Empty Channel
A frequency can be copied into the next available channel of a specific bank. Bank 9 is the default bank. |

| When you find a frequency that you want to store, press FUNC then ENTER. Bank9 Store? will display. |
| |
| Step 2: Select the Bank and Store the Frequency |
| |
 |
 |
| |
| To copy the frequency into Bank 9, press ENTER and the frequency will be stored into the first empty channel in that bank. Chan Store! will display for about two seconds. If you want to store the frequency into the next available channel in a different bank, select the bank number using the number keys, then press ENTER.
Note: To see the channel into which the frequency has been stored, press MAN. |

Copying a Frequency into the Priority Channel
When in Search, Scan, Manual, Tune, or Weather (WX) modes, a frequency can be copied into the priority channel. |

| When you find a frequency that you want to store as the priority channel, press FUNC then PRI. The display will flash twice and return to the previous mode. |
