Answer: The install window may still be open. Click Finish and then exit the install window.

Answer: Check all connections. If that does not resolve the problem, reboot your computer.

| Question: Why does the player turn itself off? |
Answer: The player will turn itself off when left in pause mode for a length of time. If this is not the case, make sure there are files on the CompactFlash card and check the batteries. If the batteries are weak, replace the batteries.

| Question: Why does the Lyra Player display "No CF Card" when I turn it on? |
Answer: The CF card may be inserted improperly. Install the CompactFlash card properly in the Lyra before turning it on.

| Question: Why won't RealJukebox display my CD track titles? |
Answer: Ensure that you are connected to the Internet. If your software is installed in a LAN environment, contact your system administrator for assistance.

| Question: Why won't RealJukebox recognize the CompactFlash card? |
Answer: Check all connections. Next, check to ensure that the card is inserted correctly in the external hard drive (dog-eared side up). Then, press F5 to refresh the Music Library. If the problem persists, remove the CompactFlash card, reboot your computer, and try again.

| Question: Why do I get skips and/or pops in the audio tracks on my Lyra player? |
Answer: Re-record audio track with no other applications running. Next, try transferring the track to your CompactFlash card and try again. If you hear the same pops and click with RealJukebox, try to record a different track.

| Question: Why do I get no audio from Lyra during playback? |
Answer: Check the headset connections. If the connections are good, try transferring different songs to CompactFlash card; the problem may be with the audio file.
