Answer: You will need to use the remote control to activate random play. Before or during play, press RANDOM on the remote. RAND appears on the display. The CD changer will select tracks at random and play them until you press STOP. RAND will disappear from the display.
During random play, the CD changer never selects the same track twice in a row, but it might select the same track more than once. You cannot active random play during programmed play.
