Answer: If the file is saved in CVH format, you can convert it by playing the file in the audio player. This will create a WAV version of the file in your C:\temp directory.
If the file is saved in CVS format, you will need to use the PVConverter program, available from our software downloads page.
Please note, the PVConverter program is offered as a convenience to our customers and is not supported by RadioShack Corporation. For support on the PVConverter program, you would need to contact Cenix.
