Step 1: Connect the Digital Recorder to the Computer
Use the USB cable to connect the Digital Recorder to the computer. The Digital Recorder screen will display the word LINK.
Step 2: Open the Voice Recorder Link Software
Click on the Voice Recorder Link program icon on the computer desktop to open it. The default display is Folder A and the messages that it contains.
Step 3: Open the Message Folder on the Computer
Click on the "download a message from PC to unit" folder to open the folder that contains the message to be downloaded.
Step 4: Select the Message to be Downloaded
Select the message that you want to download into the digital recorder and and click on the OPEN button. The Message Option window will open. What ever folder and messages are showing in the main Voice Recorder Link window, that is the selected folder when the Message Options window opens.
Step 5: Select Download Options
The Message Option window will allow you to select the digital recorder folder to which you want to download the message and at which recording quality. Click the OK button after selecting the desired options. A download progress window will display.
