EC-391 48K Pager ID Executive Planner
(650-0722) Scheduler Faxback Doc. # 48389

USING THE SCHEDULER

You can use the scheduler to remind you of meetings and other important
events. Each reminder message can be up to 50 characters.

At the set schedule alarm time, the EC-391 beeps for about 30 seconds, and
the corresponding message appears on the display. If the EC-391 is off at
the set time, the EC-391 turns itself on, beeps, and displays the message.

To silence the EC-391, press any key.

Notes: The EC-391 beeps when it reaches the set reminder time, regardless
of whether or not the daily alarm is turned on.

You must manually delete schedule reminders from the executive
planner's memory. They do not automatically delete when the set
time has passed. See "Deleting Schedule Reminders" below.

Since pressing any key turns off the reminder alarm, the EC-391
might not sound or display the message if you are entering
information when the scheduled time arrives.

If the EC-391 beeps and the reminder message appears while you are
entering information, the information you are entering might not
        be stored.
