Using The Daily Alarm

You can set the daily alarm to sound at a time you set, when the alarm is
turned on, the organizer beeps for about 15 seconds at the set time (even
if the organizer is off).  Press any button to silence the alarm sooner.
The alarm sounds at the same time the next day, unless you turn it off.

Note:  Because pressing any key turns off the alarm, the alarm might not
       sound if you are entering information precisely at the set alarm
       time.

Setting The Daily Alarm Time

1. From the main menu, select symbol.  The display shows the alarm mode
   screen.

2. Press <.  The hour's first digit flashes.

3. Use the number keys to enter the alarm time (hour and minute).

   If the organizer is set to the 12-hour format, AM or PM flashes.
   Press A for AM or P for PM.

   Precede all single-digit entries with a zero.  For example, to enter
   6:05 AM, press 0 6 0 5.

4. Press EXE.  SET! briefly appears, then the alarm screen appears with
   the alarm time you set and ON showing that the daily alarm is turned
   on.

Note:  If you entered invalid digits (for example, 25 for the hour or 67
       for the minute), INPUT ERROR! briefly appears, then the alarm
       screen reappears.  Correct the information, then press EXE again.
       
Turning The Daily Alarm On and Off

Whenever you set the daily alarm time, the alarm is automatically set to
sound.  Follow these steps to turn off the alarm or turn it back on.

1. From the main menu, select symbol.  The display shows the alarm screen
   and ON or OFF.

2. Press ALM symbol so OFF appears to turn the daily alarm off, or so ON
   appears to turn the daily alarm on.
