Battery Replacement

When the display grows dim, the batteries should be replaced. Remove the
screws and lift off the back of the case. The Lottery Master uses two
LR-44 button batteries. We recommend using heavy-duty alkaline batteries
such as Radio Shack's Cat. No. 23-115.

Replace the batteries observing the polarity (+) symbol.

Return the back cover to the case and replace the screws to hold it
securely in place.

Maintenance

Your Lottery Master is an example of superior design and craftsmanship.
The following suggestions will help you care for the Lottery Master so
that you can enjoy it for years.

Keep the Lottery Master dry. If it does get wet, wipe it dry immediately.
Liquids can contain minerals that can corrode electronic circuitry.

Handle the Lottery Master gently and carefully. Dropping it can damage
circuit boards and cases and can cause the product to work improperly.

Use and store the Lottery Master only in normal temperature environments.
Extreme temperatures can shorten the life of electronic devices, and dis-
  tort or melt plastic parts.

Keep the Lottery Master away from dust and dirt which can cause premature
  wear of parts.

Wipe the Lottery Master with a dampened cloth occasionally to keep it
looking new. Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong
detergents to clean the Lottery Master's exterior.

Modifying or tampering with the Lottery Master's internal components can
cause a malfunction and might invalidate the Lottery Master's warranty. If
your Lottery Master is not performing as it should, take it to your local
Radio Shack store for assistance.
