Choosing Three Or Four Digit Numbers
When you set the number selector switch to 3, GOOD LUCK and 000 999
alternately flash on the display.
1. Press the red button. A three-digit number appears on the display.
The number is selected from a set of numbers ranging from 0 to 999.
2. Press the red button again. The display returns to GOOD LUCK alter-
nating with 000 999.
3. Press the red button again. A new three-digit number appears on the
display.
Repeat the process as often as is necessary to select the numbers you want
for a game or lottery.
When you set the number selector switch to 4, GOOD LUCK and 0000 9999
alternately flash on the display.
1. Press the red button. A four-digit number appears on the display.
The number is selected from a set of numbers ranging from 0 to 9999.
2. Continue to press the red button as often as is necessary to select
the numbers you want for a game or lottery.
Choosing Multiples of Two-Digit Numbers
The rules for number games and lotteries vary. Just as the numbers can be
restricted to three-digit or four-digit numbers, the requirement can also
be that quadruples, quintuples, or sextuples of two-digit numbers must be
selected from a specific set of numbers.
When you set the number selector switch to 4", 5",, or 6" for multiples of
two-digit numbers, the maximum range from which each two-digit number can
be chosen is from 00 to 99.
When you set the number selector switch to 4", GOOD LUCK flashes alter-
nately with 4-, plus two additional digits, on the display. If the two
digits on the right are 40, the display shows 4-40.
4- indicates that the upcoming number will contain a combination of four
two-digit numbers. (These two-digit numbers are separated by small dots
when they appear on the display).
40 indicates that each two-digit number will be chosen from a range of
numbers ranging from 00 to 40. On this display the 4 remains constant,
but the two digits on the right can vary.
When you set the number selector switch to 4", 5", or 6", use the [\/] and
[/\] buttons to decrease or increase the range of numbers on the right of
the display from which your game or lottery numbers are chosen.
If you require numbers from a range less than 00 to 40 at the 4-40 display:
1. Press and hold [\/] until the desired decrease appears on the display.
Release [\/].
2. Press the red button. Four two-digit numbers (each pair selected from
the newly-chosen range of numbers) appear on the display.
If you require numbers from a range greater than 00 to 40, at the 4-40
display.
1. Press and hold [/\] until the desired increase appears on the display.
Release [/\].
2. Press the red button. Four two-digit numbers again appear on the
display, this time selected from the greater range.
Follow the same procedure with the number selector switch set to 5" or 6".
Continue to press the red button as often as is necessary to select the
numbers you want for a game or lottery.
Turn off the power by pressing the power OFF button.
