EC-365 Rolodex 48K Executive Planner
(650-0871) Operation Faxback Doc. # 38201
Using The Scheduler
You can use the scheduler to remind you of meetings and other important
events. Each reminder message can be up to 50 characters.
At the set time, the EC-365 beeps for about 30 seconds, and the correspond-
ing message appears on the display. If the EC-365 is off at the set time,
the EC-365 turns itself on, beeps, and displays the message.
To silence the EC-365, press any key.
NOTES: The EC-365 beeps when it reaches the set reminder time, regardless
of whether or not the daily alarm is turned on or off.
You must manually delete scheduler reminders from the planner's
memory; they do not automatically delete when the set time has
passed. See " Deleting Scheduler Reminders."
Since pressing any key turns off the reminder alarm, the EC-365
might not sound or display the message if you are entering informa-
tion when the scheduled time arrives.
If the EC-365 beeps and the reminder message appears while you are
entering information, that information might not be stored.
