Your RadioShack EC-397 66K Electronic Organizer Auto Phone Dialer with
Illuminator Backlight is a pocket-size data organizer.  Great for the
person on the go, it combines a telephone directory, schedule alarms,
calculator, and more in one compact, easy-to-use package.  The backlight
bathes the screen in a soft glow that make reading your data easy, even in
the dark.

This organizer includes:

          Telephone Directory File - puts personal and business contact
                                     names, companies, phone numbers, and
                                     mailing and E-mail addresses at your
                                     fingertips.

                   Schedule Alarms - keeps you in control of your busy
                                     schedule by reminding you of meetings
                                     and other important events.

                             Memos - lets you store important messages of
                                     up to 512 characters each.

                        World Time - shows you the current time in 32
                                     cities around the world, including
                                     London, Chicago, and Hong Kong.

                          Calendar - shows weekly calendars from January
                                     1901 to December 2099.

                       Auto Dialer - lets you select a telephone number
                                     stored in the phone directory and have
                                     the organizer dial it for you.

                            Snooze - lets you temporarily silence the daily
                                     alarm for about 10 minutes.

               10-Digit Calculator - performs standard arithmetic and
                                     memory calculations.

                   Expense Manager - helps you keep track of business and
                                     personal expenses.

                          Password - prevents unauthorized access to your
                                     secret information.

               Automatic Power-Off - conserves battery power by turning off
                                     the organizer if no button is pressed
                                     for about 7 minutes.

                        66K Memory - lets you store more than 1,030 names
                                     and addresses in separate business,
                                     personal, and general directories.

              Information Transfer - moves records between two EC-397
                                     organizers by infrared data transfer
                                     or between the organizer and a
                                     personal computer with an optional PC
                                     Link cable.

      Electroluminescent Backlight - lets you see the display in low light.

IMPORTANT:  Do not place the organizer near credit cards.  The organizer's
            speaker contains a magnet that could erase the magnetic strip
            on a credit card.
