Follow these steps to set the daily alarm.

1.  Press HOME until ++ALARM TIME++ appears on the display.

2.  Press FUNC so ALARM TIME SET appears on the function menu.

3.  Press 1 to select ALARM TIME SET.  The hour digit flashes.

4.  Enter the alarm hour.  If you are using the 12-hour format, be sure to
    specify AM (by pressing A) or PM (by pressing P).

5.  Press DATE/TIME.

6.  Enter the alarm minutes.

7.  Press DATE/TIME.

8.  Press SET.

The set alarm time appears on the display with ON or OFF showing in the
lower right corner.  If the alarm is on, at the alarm time the databank
beeps for about 20 seconds.  Press any button to stop the alarm.  If the
alarm is off, the alarm time is stored in memory, but the alarm does not
sound.

Follow these steps to turn the alarm on or off.

1.  Press FUNC.

2.  Press 4 to select SOUND.

3.  Use UP SYMBOL or DOWN SYMBOL to select DAILY AL and use LEFT SYMBOL or
    RIGHT SYMBOL to switch the setting to ON or OFF.

If you set DAILY AL to ON, at the set time, the databank beeps for 20
seconds even if it is turned off.  To stop the alarm, press any key.
