USING TONE SERVICES

You can use memory-dialing to access computer services such as alternate
long-distance or bank-by-phone. When you memory-dial a number while a
call is already in progress, the CT-350 dials the number using standard
"DTMF" tones (the tones produced by regular touch-tone phones).

Begin by calling the computer service's number - you can store this number
in memory if you want. Then, follow these steps:

1. When the computer service answers, press "RCL".

2. Enter the code for the memory location that contains the number you
want to tone-dial. The number appears on the display after 4 seconds.

3. Press "MENU 8" or "MENU SEND" to dial the displayed number.

STORING A DTMF NUMBER IN MEMORY

phone number and press MENU #. "P" appears on the display. Then, enter
 the next phone number.

-To add "DTMF" numbers to a stored phone number, press "MENU ##".
"W" appears on the display to show that a wait character has been added
to the number. Then enter the next number.

When your ready to make the call, recall and send the stored phone
number. The phone number disappears from the display.

When the automatic service answers, press "MENU 8" or "MENU SEND" to send
the next "DTMF" number.

NOTE: The CT-350 sends "DTMF" tones even when the key tones are turned
off and you cannot hear them.

REDIALING

The redialing feature lets you easily redial a busy or unanswered number.

When you press "SEND" to make a call, your phone stores the number in the
redial memory (Memory Location "00"). If you get a busy signal or no
answer, press END to hand up. Then, press "SEND" when you want to dial
the number again. The last number you dialed appears on the display and
automatically dials.

To display the number in the redial memory, press "0", and then press
"RCL". You can also display the redial memory using the Menu function.
To do so, press "MENU", and then press "2".
