The CT-350 includes the following features:
Dual-Nam Operation - lets you subscribe to two different cellular phone
services and use two different phone numbers. This helps you save on
roaming charges.
Digital Display - shows the number you are dialing and other information,
such as the cumulative call length, your telephone number, and the redial
number. Your telephone number is permanently stored in Memory Location "49"
You can display the number by pressing "4 9 RCL". If your phone has two
numbers, it displays the one it is currently using.
Status Indicators - tell you the phones status such as roaming, no service
and others.
Memory Dialing - lets you store and dial up to 48 32-digit numbers by
entering 2-digit codes.
Last Number Redial - lets you redial the last number dialed by pressing a
single button.
Cumulative Call Timer - keeps a continuous record of phone use since the
last time you reset the timer.
Electronic Lock - prevents unauthorized outgoing calls on your telephone.
However, you can make emergency calls to 911 and memory dial the number
stored in memory location 48.
Scratch Pad Memory - lets you store a number during a call.
Backlighted Controls - provides easy viewing and operation at night.
Tone Service Compatibility - lets you communicate with special touch-tone
services, such as bank-by-phone or voice mail.
Memory Name Tag - lets you enter a name that identifies each phone number
you store in memory. You can memory dial a number by entering the name.
Memory Scan - lets you scan the memory locations for a number or name.
Alpha Search - helps you find a number stored in memory by searching for
the first characters of the name you stored
Unanswered Call Indicator - If someone calls your phone when it is on and
you do not answer, "CALL" appears on the display. To clear the display,
press "CLR" or turn off the phone.
Silent Alert - The silent alert feature give you quieter indications of
incoming calls and turns off the phone's key entry tones. Instead of the
normal ring, "CALL" and the display's backlights flash, and a short beep
sounds.
Call Forwarding - Call forwarding lets you forward calls from your
cellular phone to another phone. This service is provided by the cellular
carrier. It is not a feature of the CT-350. Call your cellular phone
company to obtain this service - they will tell you how to forward phone
calls.
Call Waiting - Call waiting, a service available from you phone company,
lets you take a second call when one call is already in progress and
switch between the two calls. On a regular phone, you press the
switchhook or the flash button to take the second call or to switch
between calls. With this phone, press "SEND".
Keyguard - The keyguard feature helps keep you from accidentally turning
the phone on and off when it is in your pocket or purse. To activate this
feature, press MENU and *. To switch this feature off, press MENU and *
again.
NOTES: If you turn on keyguard during a call, it does not take
effect until you end the call. If you press a button while
keyguard is on, the phonr displays PRESS MENU *. You can
only answer calls by pressing SEND when keyguard is on. The
any key feature is turned off. You can make calls to
emergency numbers while keyguard is on. Keyguard
automatically turns off when you turn off the phone.
Any Answer Key - When keyguard is turned off, press any key except PWR to
answer an incoming call.
NOTE: If you receive a call while you are entering a phone number,
the phone is answered on the first keypress after the phone
starts to ring.
