PLACING A CALL

Calling Anywhere (local and long distance)

Dial ten digits (area code + phone number) when you're in your home
service area or while traveling within the Sprint PCS Network.

Placing a Local Call

If you currently place local calls by dialing seven digits, you can
continue to do so while in your home city or surrounding area.

Due to local conditions, ten-digit dialing (area code + phone number) for
local calls may be required in some areas.

BASIC OPERATION:

Power On/Off                       Press & hold [PWR].

Menu Scroll                        Press [/\*] or [#\/].

Make Call                          Enter number and press [TALK].

Correct Mistakes                   Press [CLR].

Redial Call                        Press [TALK] twice.

Speed Dial                         Enter memory location and press [TALK].

End Call                           Press [END] or close the flip.

Answer Call                        Press [TALK] or open the flip.

Save Number                        Enter number and press [OK]
 
                                   Enter location number (optional) or
                                   Press [/\*] or [#\/] to find more empty
                                   locations (optional).  Press [OK].

                                   Enter name (optional).  Press [OK].

Retrieve Number                    Press [OK]. Enter name or Press [OK].
 
                                   Press [/\*] or [#\/] to scroll through
                                   all entries.
