Welcome to Cellular Telephone Service.  In this booklet you will find
information on the operation of the equipment you have purchased.  Basic
Calling procedures are described in Faxback Doc. # 46615, enabling you to
obtain immediate benefits from your telephone.  More advanced functions
are described in Faxback Doc. # 46617.

1.  Dialed Number Display

    Provides a visual indication of telephone numbers and messages
    associated with mobile telephone service.

       Pwr - Displays when unit is powered.

    In Use - Displays when unit is in use.

    No SVC - Displays when the unit is out of service range of a cellular
             system.  Calls cannot be placed or received.

      Roam - Displays when the unit is within range of a cellular system
             other than its home registered system.

2.  Numeric Keypad

    Used to enter call information.

3.  Control Keypad

       VOL - Adjusts earpiece, ringer, and speaker volume

       RCL - Recalls and displays telephone numbers stored in memory.

       SND - Initiates a call to the entered telephone number or answers
             a call.

       PWR - Controls power to the unit.

       FCN - Used in combination with other buttons for specific user
             programmed functions.

   END CLR - Terminates a call in progress.  When dialing, clears the last
             digit entered when pressed and released.  Press and hold to
             clear the display in the event of an error (does not affect
             numbers stored in memory).
