Contrast Cycles through eight settings to adjust the display contrast.
Directory Allows you to store 75 numbers and names. You can also assign
mailboxes and record customized messages and Call
Announcements (Voice Tags).
Save Stores numbers and names in the Directory and in memory keys.
This key also saves recordings, greetings and memos.
\/ / /\ Allows you to move up and down any list such as the Set
Options, Directory, Callers List, or Redial List.
< Allows you to backspace and erase. This key is useful when
predialing and when adding or changing numbers and names in
the Directory, Callers List or in memory keys.
> Adds a space when entering names in the Directory or in
memory keys. Allows you to view several messages on the
display.
Hold Puts the calls on hold, inserts a pause, shifts between upper
and lower case or pauses during the playback of a message.
Rls The Release key always hangs up a call. Also allows you to
leave any list such as the Set Options List, Callers List,
Redial List or Directory.
Callers Allows you to access a list of people who called as well as
any messages they have left.
Delete Allows you to erase memory keys, delete single or all items
in the Directory and Callers List as well as the entire
Redial List. You can also delete greetings and messages.
Link When you hear the Call Waiting tone or to initiate Three Way
Calling, press Link to activate these features. Link is also
known as Flash.
Redial Allows you access to a list of the last ten numbers you
dialed.
Dial Dials any displayed number. Activates Handsfree mode if you
have not lifted the handset.
Handsfree Activates the Handsfree speaker and microphone so you can
mute listen and talk to a caller without lifting the handset. Also
allows you to mute a handsfree call so that a caller cannot
hear you.
(Symbol) Allows you to adjust the receiver, speaker and ringer volume.
(Symbol) Memory keys store numbers, names, and feature. You can also
assign mailboxes and record customized messages and call
announcements (voice tags).
Greetings Allows you to review your mailbox greetings (outgoing
messages).
Record Allows to record your greetings and memos.
Play Allows you to listen to your messages, memos or greetings.
(Symbol) The unlabeled Set Options key is hidden under the sliding
panel and allows you to access 26 options to customize your
telephone.
