Notes on power sources

On battery pack

Store the battery pack at a temperature between 41 and 95 degrees F (5 and
35 degrees C) for best performance.

If you do not use the handset for a long period of time, remove the battery
pack after charging for more than 12 hours.

On Power failure

During a power interruption, you cannot make or receive calls.

Ni-Cd

Nickel-Cadmium batteries must be disposed of properly.

Nickel-Cadmium batteries are recyclable.  You can help preserve our
environment by returning your unwanted batteries to your nearest Sony
Service Center for collection, recycling or proper disposal.

Note:  In some areas the disposal of nickel-cadmium batteries in household
       or business trash may be prohibited.

CAUTION:  Do not handle damaged or leaking nickel-cadmium batteries.
