Description of Keys

/\ \/  Used to scroll through menu functions and memory locations.  Also
       used to adjust the ear-piece volume during a call.

MENU   Used to enter the menu facility.

ABC    Used to switch between alpha and numeric modes.

PWR    Press and hold the key to switch the phone on and off.

CLR    Used to recall information from the phone memory.

STO    Used to store information to the phone memory.  Used to confirm a
       setting in the menu facility.

SEND   Used to dial a phone number and answer a call.  With the display
       clear, this key recalls the five last phone numbers dialed.

END    Used to end a phone call.

Note:  When you press and hold the key, the keyguard is activated.

Making a Call                            Enter the area code and phone
                                         number, and press SEND

Ending a Call                            Press END

Receiving a Call                         Press SEND (or any key but PWR)

Last Number Redial                       Press SEND twice with clear
                                         display

Clear a Digit                            Press CLR

Clear Display                            Press and hold CLR

Adjust Volume                            Press /\ to increase and \/ to
(during a call)                          decrease the volume

Memory Functions

Quick Save                               Enter the phone no. and name and
                                         press and hold STO

Speed Dialing                            Enter a location number and press
                                         SEND

9 Key Emerg. Call                        Press and hold 9 WXYZ
(Emergency 9 Key must be
 set to 'on' in the Menu 8.)

Search for a Number                      Press /\ \/ (with clear display)

Search for a Name                        Press ABC and then /\ \/

Keyguard            MENU, *          activates/deactivates the keyguard
