[ALPHA]
Shows that the phone is in ALPHA mode and letters can be keyed in or
displayed.

Shows that the MENU key has been pressed.

Shows battery charge.

[IN use]
Shows that a call is in progress.

Indicates which menu function is on display; or which memory location is
currently being used.

Shows that the phone is outside cellular service area.
