You can use your cellular phone to control answering machines and special
telephone services (such as bank-by-phone or voicemail).  Enter touch-tone
commands using your phone's keypad after the service answers.

If you store the service's commands in a memory, follow these steps after
the service answers.

1.  Recall the memory that contains the command sequence.

2.  Press (MENU) and then (SEND).

The phone sends the commands as touch tones.

Adding a Pause

Some services, such as voicemail, require you to enter an access code then
pause before entering additional digits.  To include a pause in a sequence
when storing it in memory, press (MENU) then (#).  The phone displays p.
When you send the sequence, the phone pauses for 2 1/2 seconds at the pause
If you need a longer pause, enter multiple pauses, one after the other.

Adding a Wait

If you do not know in advance how long you must wait before sending
additional commands, insert a wait in your sequence by pressing (MENU) (#)
(#) at the appropriate place.  The phone displays w.  When you send the
sequence, the phone waits for you to press (SEND) before sending additional
commands.

CALL WAITING/THREE-WAY CALLING CALL CONFERENCING

Your cellular service provider might offer special options that let you
receive (call waiting) or make (three-way calling) a second call or
conference two calls together (call conferencing).

If you subscribe to call waiting, you hear a tone if you receive a second
phone call while a call is in progress.  Press (SEND) to take the second
call.  The original call is placed on hold.  To switch back and forth
between calls, press (SEND).

If you subscribe to three-way calling, to make a second call while a call
is in progress, enter the phone number then press (SEND). The original call
is placed on hold.  To switch back and forth between calls, press (SEND).

If you subscribe to call conferencing, make or take a second call while a
call is in progress as described above.  Then press (SEND) to conference
both calls.  You can hear and speak to both parties and they can hear and
speak to each other.  To disconnect the second call, press (SEND).

NOTES:  When you use three-way calling, you might be charged air time for
        both calls.

        These features might not work exactly as described on all cellular
        networks.

        special services or billing.
