Electronic Thermometer
(630-0651) Preparation Faxback Doc. # 41297
Now you can easily see indoor/outdoor temperatures on a large 4 1/2"
(11.5 cm) meter. Remote sensor mounts outdoors (or in another room,
basement or garage-almost anywhere) and all you do is push a button to
select the temperature you want to check. Easy to mount and comes in a
simulated walnut-grained case that goes well in any decor.
Preparation for Use
Open the Battery compartment cover, using coin. Snap the connector over a
9-volt Battery and close the cover. There's nothing more to do for
checking indoor temperatures (the Indoor sensor is built-in). For
readings out-of-doors (or other remote location), slip the External Sensor
(on the end of the wire) out a window (or to another room, basement...).
Take care not to crimp or break the wire when closing the window or door
etc.
There's a provision for wall mounting-the "key hole" hang-up holes in the
Back Panel. Just remove back panel (but don't touch anything inside!) and
mark through the key-holes onto the mounting surface and then drill holes.
Remount back panel. Use screws to mount and if you leave the head of the
screw extending about 1/8" to 1/4" (3 to 6 mm) you can just hang the
Thermometer on the screws.
