INTRODUCTION

You now own your own Blackjack table!  Your RadioShack blackjack Game is
an easy-to-play Blackjack computer that can provide hours of fun as you
play against the dealer.

Your Blackjack game follows these rules:

  The dealer must draw on any hand showing 16 points or less, and must
  stand on all hands totaling 17 to 21 points.

  If you get a Blackjack (a total of 21 on the first draw), you receive a
  3-to-2 payoff.

  You can double down on any initial two-card combination.

  You can split on any pair of identical cards.

  You can surrender your initial two cards and reduce your loss by half if
  you think you would lose the hand.
