Adjusting The Trim Levers
Adjusting Neutral Trim
The neutral trim lever (next to the speed control) lets you fine tune the
speed control so the racer completely stops when you release the speed con-
trol to its center position. To adjust the neutral trim:
1. Place the racer on a box or a wooden block so that the tires do not
touch the ground. Do not touch the tires during this adjustment pro-
cedure.
2. Set the ON/OFF switches on the transmitter and receiver to ON.
3. If the rear tires begin to move, adjust the trim lever so that the
tires stop.
Adjusting Steering Trim
The steering trim lever (next to the steering control) lets you fine tune
the steering so the racer goes perfectly straight when you release the
steering control to its center position. To adjust the steering trim:
1. Place the racer on a box or a wooden block so that the tires do not
touch the ground. Do not touch the tires during this adjustment pro-
cedure.
2. Set the ON/OFF switches on the transmitter and receiver to ON.
3. If the front tires angle left or right, adjust the trim lever so that
they point directly forward.
NOTE: You might have to further fine tune the steering trim lever after
using the racer for a while.
