Q:  What should I do if I have a problem or a question about the VTech
PostBox Companion?

A:  All calls should be directed to VTech's Customer Service groups at:

Q:  Can I send E-mail to anyone using the E-Mail PostBox Companion?

A:  The E-Mail PostBox appliances can be used in the US and Canada to
exchange E-mail messages with anyone in the world, as long as recipients
also have an E-mail account.


Q:  Can I use my current E-mail address with the PostBox Companion?  Can I
use the PostBox Companion to access any E-mail address?

A:  You may use the PostBox Companion with an existing Yahoo! mail account
If you do not have a Yahoo! mail account, you will choose a new Yahoo!
Email address when you first open your account.  You cannot access an MSN
account with the PostBox Companion.


Q:  Is VTech offering a guarantee?

A:  Yes.  VTech offers a 30-day, no-risk, money-back guarantee that is good
for both the device and the service.


Q:  Can I receive files such as pictures, word processing documents, and
spreadsheets through my E-mail account?

A:  Because only a small percentage of E-mails are sent with attachments,
the E-Mail PostBox Companion is not equipped with the hardware necessary to
support file attachments.  You can view attachments on a computer through
the Yahoo! website at http:///www.yahoo.com
