The "Incomming Fax" icon indicates faxes on the Messages screen.

CAUTION:  RingCentral Fax needs about 4 MB of hard drive space to process
  every 10 pages of a fax.  Make sure you have enough hard drive space when
  viewing large faxes.

1.  Click View Faxes on the Main screen.

2.  Select a fax you want to view from any folder.

3.  Click Open on the Messages screen.

    -or-

    Click Go on the Messages screen and select Open.

The Fax Viewer opens displaying the fax.

After you view each new fax, it is moved to the Old folder.
